Tomasz Słupik, PhD 

Doctor of Political Science, lecturer in the Institute of Political Science and Journalism at the University of Silesia in Katowice, Poland. His academic interest focuse on history of ideas, with the special concern on the modern era and Russian political though of the XIX and XX century. Above all, the main subject of dr Słupik’s academic activity is political philosophy. Passionate about history, culture, and contemporary national issues in Upper Silesia. Dr Słupik is an author of two books on Upper Silesian political identity. He is a frequent political life’s commentator for mainstream media in Poland.

 

Maciej Turek, PhD

Political Scientist and Americanist from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Dr Maciej Turek has recently defended his doctoral dissertations on the vice presidency in the United States of America. His academic interests focus on American political system, political campaigns in America and Poland, and on condition of contemporary American democracy.

 

 

Robert Rajczyk, PhD

Academic professor and journalist. In the past worked as a correspondent for the BBC World Service Polish Section, Radio Flash FM and Radio Multikulti RBB. Dr Rajczyk took part in the international projects such as “Police and media” Open Society in Budapest, “Euroreporter ’99 – Corruption and influence in journalism” Technische Universität Dortmund and „Novinarska radionica” Centar Polonius – Pegaz in Belgrade.
